Just Capital leveraged Neural Alpha’s key capabilities for AI-powered corporate performance and sustainability research, as well as the extensive indicators module which extracts thousands of different financial and sustainability indicators from corporate disclosures with indicators mapped to global disclosure standards in the process.

For the 2026 analysis, Just Capital’s proprietary methodology was implemented on the Neural Alpha platform, which enabled significant consolidation of existing processes, data vendor relationships and licences. The result was reduced complexity, cost and time to measure new metrics. Over 400k documents and disclosures across the Russell 1000 are analysed using Neural Alpha’s AI capabilities to extract and validate close to 100k individual corporate performance data points.

The process was deeply collaborative and maintained a human-in-the-loop throughout. Automated outputs were rigorously evaluated against manual expert assessments, and the team iterated rapidly to improve both coverage and data quality. 

The ultimate outcome is a scalable, repeatable pipeline that brings cost savings, consistency and speed to what was previously a labour-intensive process, which in turn enabled Just Capital's analysts to focus on methodology, interpretation and impact.
